Merlot von Marbach is a gorgeous 2-3 year old German Shepherd. She is an elegant and loving girl who looks like a beautiful woodland animal but whose personality is the life of the party! Merlot looks forward to her walks and, even more so, to meeting people. On her walks she meets all kinds of people, large, small and in-between, and she is thrilled by them all!  Merlot even gently sniffs very small humans and wags her tail at them to encourage them to play. Daydreaming teenagers get the Merlot treatment too, and respond with the same delight as the little ones. There simply are no people she doesn't love! She walks well with other dogs but particularly loves being off-leash in a secured area. This brings out the absolute best in Merlot. She would absolutely thrive in a home with people who will let her putter around the house and then snuggle up with them for hours.
